We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Digital products are supplied electronically. No physical item will be shipped when a listing is identified as a digital product.

Unless a product listing or separate licence expressly states otherwise, digital products purchased from Amethyst Pixie Co. are supplied for personal use only.

• reproduce the files for commercial resale;

• claim the work as your own; or

• transfer resale, commercial, Master Resell Rights (MRR), Private Label Rights (PLR) or similar rights to another person.

A different licence applies only where it is expressly stated in the individual product listing or supplied licence documentation.

5. Intellectual Property

Amethyst Pixie Co. creates some of the products offered on this website and also curates and sells authorised products created by third parties.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with the respective copyright owner or creator unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where a third-party product is sold by Amethyst Pixie Co. under authorised resale or distribution rights, the original creator's copyright, attribution and intellectual property remain with that creator or rights holder.

The Amethyst Pixie Co. name, branding, logo, website design, original graphics and original products may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

The total amount payable will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
